The film — GEN Blueprint

A short walkthrough: what GEN Blueprint is, how it works, and how it's set up. Opens with the GEN mark and this product's name — every film in the library is made for its product.

What it is

What GEN Blueprint is

The Blueprint is the duplication system itself: the versioned template of a complete GEN company — registry structure, vault, CRM, pipelines, marketing system, website pattern, voice agents, numbers, and calendars — instantiated for each new company under a parent. One parent can stand up twenty companies that all behave the same way on day one, each with its own data, people, and identity.

How it works

How it works

Parent standards are set once: numbering, vault structure, permissions, pipeline and brand standards.

The Blueprint packages those standards into a versioned company template.

Each new company is instantiated from the Blueprint and issued its registry number.

Company-specific records, people, and assets are layered in — templates stay distinguishable from local content.

Blueprint improvements ship as new versions; companies adopt them deliberately, never by silent overwrite.

The details

The details

  • Duplication is instantiation, not copy-paste: each company is a live instance with its own records and permissions.
  • Versioned — a company can say exactly which blueprint version it runs.
  • The Blueprint is what makes 'twenty companies below one parent' an operating fact instead of a diagram.
  • Standards improve centrally and roll out deliberately; local customizations survive adoption.
  • Every product in this library is a Blueprint component or a service that runs on one.

Set up

How it's set up

Define the parent standards with GEN during the framework build.

Approve the Blueprint version for the portfolio.

Instantiate company one and validate it end to end.

Duplicate to the remaining companies on the rollout sequence.

Who it's for

Who it's for

The parent firm

Owns the standard every company runs — consistency across the portfolio without micromanagement.

The company

Starts complete instead of empty: systems, structure, and surfaces from day one.

The person

Joins a company whose tools and expectations are already defined, so onboarding is orientation, not invention.

Where GEN Blueprint sits

This product IS the duplication blueprint. Everything else in the library is either one of its components or a service operated inside its instances.
