The film — GEN Rollout

A short walkthrough: what GEN Rollout is, how it works, and how it's set up. Opens with the GEN mark and this product's name — every film in the library is made for its product.

What it is

What GEN Rollout is

Rollout is GEN's implementation method, run as a managed service: assess the firm's workflows and data, set the parent standards, instantiate the Blueprint company by company, and bring people into their hubs in order — owner before employees. It exists because the failure mode of system projects is sequence: tools before standards, imports before checks, everyone at once. Rollout is deliberately staged, and every stage has an acceptance point.

How it works

How it works

Assess: interviews, a system and data map, and a measured baseline.

Standards: numbering, vault structure, permissions, and pipeline grammar are agreed at the parent level.

Pilot company: one company is instantiated and validated end to end.

Duplicate: the Blueprint rolls to the remaining companies on the agreed sequence.

People: owner hubs first, then employee hubs, each with orientation to the standard.

The details

The details

  • No unapproved imports — every data load passes the fresh all-trigger check first.
  • No replacement mandate: a working existing stack is integrated or sequenced, not ripped out.
  • Each stage closes with an acceptance review, not a hope.
  • Build approval and deploy approval are separate decisions, held by named people.
  • Rollout ends in the managed rhythm — weekly reporting and periodic audits take over.

Set up

How it's set up

Book the assessment with the firm's owner.

Agree the standards pack and the pilot company.

Validate the pilot, then schedule the duplication sequence.

Bring hubs online in order and hand over to the operating rhythm.

Who it's for

Who it's for

The parent firm

One accountable sequence for the whole portfolio, with acceptance gates it controls.

The company

A complete system stood up around it without stopping the business.

The person

An introduction to a finished system, in the right order — not a login and a shrug.

Where GEN Rollout sits

Rollout is how Blueprints become companies. It is the service form of the duplication story: standards, instantiate, validate, repeat.
