The film — GEN Audits & Reporting

A short walkthrough: what GEN Audits & Reporting is, how it works, and how it's set up. Opens with the GEN mark and this product's name — every film in the library is made for its product.

What it is

What GEN Audits & Reporting is

GEN runs a fixed operating rhythm: evidence-graded audits of the pipelines and lists, and a weekly operating report built on freshness metrics — coverage, overdue actions, duplicate rate, record completeness, movement by stage. Audits are indexed records in the Registry: evidence, findings, actions, verification. Nothing is reported from memory and nothing is graded kindly; the report exists so problems surface while they are still cheap.

How it works

How it works

Baselines are measured at rollout: completeness, duplicates, stale records, overdue actions, admin time.

The weekly report is generated from the CRM and Registry, in the same shape every week.

Exceptions are listed with owners: stale records, blocked Gate events, missed cadences.

Periodic audits re-grade the system against the baseline and verify fixes.

Decisions needed from the owner are stated as decisions, with the evidence attached.

The details

The details

  • Same report shape in every company — the parent can read twenty companies in the time it used to take to read one.
  • Findings are evidence-graded: verified, reported, or inferred are never blended.
  • Audit records are numbered and kept — the history of what was found and fixed is itself an asset.
  • Metrics are operational, never vanity: deals closed are the firm's story; system health is GEN's.
  • Reporting respects the permission matrix: companies see their detail, parents see aggregates.
